Re-entry permit extension related matter

Matters needing attention

※	Application for extension of re-entry permit must be substantiated with valid reasons. However, if entry permits expired, you no longer eligible for extension. Furthermore, from beginning of the eligibility date of re-entry, if you have stay for certain period, no further extension is allowed.
※	Application for extension of validity period, please ensure to re-entry permit is within the validity period. Failing which application will not be accepted.
※	Please take note, all application and collection of document to be done in person, agency cannot act on behalf.

Essential information
All documents certified within 3 months. Passport shall be held in custody by agency for purpose of putting on sticker of validity period.

Additional information may be required in accordance with the application. Passport must not be less than 6 months validity. Otherwise, photocopy of old passport on pages of entry permit and re-entry permit, personal particular page and photocopy of new passport with identical personal particular page is required. Obtain from counter the re-entry extension form (substantiate with proof. E.g medical certificate if reason is sick)
